Most of my imaging and observing is done from my observatory located at the Orange County Astronomers' Anza site.

Recently, a roll-off roof was added. The roof is motorized and is driven by a rack-and-pinion drive system using a small DC motor.
The next step is automating the roof motion control to allow for remote operation. My good friend Jim Windlinger is handling all the electronics,
microprocessor programming, and just about anything related to electronic hardware.

I am working on an ASCOM driver to integrate the electronics and control mechanism into standard off the shelf observatory control programs.

Below are some photos of the observatory, construction progress, and various other shots.
I will be adding to this page as time allows, stay tuned.
